Final Major Project - Beginning of the End

Monday 8th May 2017 - The deadline and hand in for our last and final project as third year students on Creative Film and Moving Image Production.

Final Major Project is our last module before leaving university and our last chance to produce and create a piece of work showcasing the skills we've learnt and developed over the last three years.

Excited? Yes.
Worried? A little.

A lot of the quality of the final piece will come down to how strong our ideas are, and how capable the people we work with are at executing our roles. Film more than any of course at CCAD is most reliant on teamwork and trusting and working with fellow students. This can be great as you can rely on people and bounce of people to develop the best ideas and produce some high quality work. This can also be a negative as I said, you're relying on people to do their job and sometimes it can only take one person to let you down, to change the entire course of the production and the final project. Through my time at this course, I have made friends with many of the people on Creative Film and Moving Image Production and these are the people I know when we work together, we can make the film we set out to make. To make the film that best represents us before entering the world of job seeking.

I have high hopes for many of the students on my course, and with the right crew and the right idea, I know we can ace this module. So that's what we're going to do.
